BANDA ACEH, BBG NEWS – A total of 98% or 57 out of 58 students enrolled in the Education Profession Program (PPG) for In-Service Teachers, Batch 2 in 2022, have successfully passed the Student Competency Test for Education Profession Program (UKMPPG). This information was confirmed through the Directorate of Education Profession Program’s webpage on Wednesday (11/15/2023). Among the successful candidates, 38 are from the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) while 18 are from the English Language Education Program.
Rika Kustina, M.Pd., the Coordinator of the Education Profession Program (PPG) at UBBG, highlighted that this marks the second successful graduation of PPG Prajabatan at the UBBG campus. With only one participant out of 58 not passing, this achievement demonstrates the excellent management of PPG at UBBG. This success owes much to the guidance and excellent services provided by the faculty members, the LMS admin team, and the dedication of the PPG students. UBBG continues to gain trust from the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbudristek) by consistently increasing the quota for PPG participants due to the high-quality implementation of the program.
Meanwhile, Dr. Rita Novita, M.Pd., the Dean of FKIP, extended congratulations and best wishes to the successful participants of PPG Prajab who passed the UKMPPG. She expressed gratitude to the lecturers for their excellent guidance and thanked the LMS admin team for their dedicated service. “Our message to the successful PPG participants is to become creative, innovative educators and continue contributing positively to the advancement of education in Indonesia,” she remarked.
