BANDA ACEH, BBG NEWS – Unceasing achievements have been carved out by UBBG campus. This time, the Computer Science Program (Prodi Ilmu Komputer) has achieved recognition. Notably, the program under the Faculty of Science, Technology, and Health Sciences (FSTIK) has clinched three awards at the InfoCom PT Higher Education Institution Development Competition in Aceh. The event took place at the UIN Ar Raniry Banda Aceh Auditorium on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Mukhroji, M.T., the Head of UBBG’s Computer Science Program, expressed gratitude to the program’s team for their maximum efforts that led to such excellent results. He also extended his thanks to the university’s leadership, particularly the Dean of FSTIK, for their support. He added that they didn’t expect to win as the competition was very tough.
“Every participant had to present the criteria for LAM Infokom accreditation instruments. Alhamdulillah, with a successful presentation, UBBG secured the 1st place in criteria 8, 2nd place in criteria 5, and 3rd place in criteria 7,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Dean of FSTIK, Ully Muzakir, M.T., congratulated and appreciated the Computer Science team for their achievement. This is an outstanding accomplishment, proving that UBBG’s Computer Science Program can compete with other campuses in technological innovation. He hopes that all programs, especially those within the FSTIK at UBBG, will continue to enhance their quality through various beneficial programs.
