BANDA ACEH, BBG NEWS—Uplifting continuous accomplishments have been achieved by UBBG, especially in various competitions organized by LLDikti Region XIII Aceh. In this latest event, UBBG secured first place in all categories of the Public Relations Performance Assessment Competition among Private Universities, hosted by LLDikti Region XIII Aceh on Thursday, October 19, 2023. The specific wins for UBBG in this Public Relations competition included 1st place in the Website category presented by Achyar Munandar, S.Kom, 1st place in the Public Relations Personnel category presented by Regina Rahmi, M.Pd., and 2nd place in the Social Media category presented by Risan Daulany. The competition took place at the LLDikti Region XIII building in Banda Aceh on Monday, October 16, 2023, with the winners announced on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
Head of Public Relations at UBBG, Hendra Kasmi, M.Pd., stated that this competition was open to all private universities in Aceh. The competition was divided into two stages: the first stage involved the preparation and submission of Public Relations reports for each category. From the assessments in the first stage, the top five entries in each category were selected to proceed to the second stage, which included presentations. UBBG received nominations in all categories. This achievement now qualifies UBBG to compete in the national Public Relations award competition organized by the Ministry of Research and Technology (Diktiristek).
Meanwhile, UBBG Rector Dr. Hj. Lili Kasmini, S.Si., M.Si., congratulated and commended the UBBG Public Relations team for their achievements in all categories of the Public Relations competition organized by LLDikti. She added that these accomplishments were a result of the hard work and dedication of the Public Relations team, as well as the UBBG academic community, which diligently publicizes information daily through both social media and mass media, making UBBG increasingly recognized by the wider public. She expressed gratitude to LLDikti Region XIII Aceh for their guidance and thanked the Public Relations team and the academic community.
