BANDA ACEH, BBG NEWS – As a demonstration of the institution’s care for its finest sons and daughters who have brought honor to the beloved campus, Dr. Hj. Lili Kasmini, S.Si., M.Si., the Rector of UBBG, presented awards to dozens of UBBG students who achieved excellence in various competitions at the regional, national, and international levels in 2023. The award ceremony for outstanding students took place following the ceremony in October at the local campus grounds on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
Deputy Rector II for General Affairs, Finance, and Student Affairs, Ully Muzakir, M.T., extended congratulations and best wishes to the UBBG students who received awards from the UBBG Rector today. The purpose of this event is to provide motivation and inspiration to young talents to continue carving out achievements, as well as to serve as a catalyst for other students to strive for excellence in line with their individual interests and talents.
Meanwhile, UBBG Rector Dr. Hj. Lili Kasmini, S.Si., M.Si., expressed her appreciation for the numerous achievements of UBBG students in 2023. All these accomplishments significantly contribute to the enhancement of UBBG’s academic quality. Moreover, some achievements, such as the KDMI and POMDA championships, establish UBBG as the sole private university in Aceh to achieve such honors. This undoubtedly elevates UBBG’s reputation as the best private university in Aceh.
“All of these achievements are, of course, not possible without the efforts and hard work of our students, along with excellent guidance from our professors and coaches. We are infinitely grateful to our students who have striven for the good name of UBBG,” she concluded. The award presentation was attended by the university’s leadership and faculty members.
